    To purchase items, add the products you want to your cart by clicking “Add to Cart.” Once added, you’ll see the "My Shopping Cart" screen. Complete your purchase in four steps: click "Buy" if no additional products are needed, then enter delivery and shipping details, input payment information, review your order, and confirm by checking the sales contract and pre-information form. After clicking “Complete Order,” an order confirmation/thank you screen will appear, and a confirmation email will be sent to you.

    We work with HepsiJet. There is no shipping fee for any purchase.
  13. What Are Your Return Conditions? How Long Do I Have to Return Items? / How Does the Return and Exchange Process Work?
    You may return an item within 20 days from the delivery date if it’s unused and in its original packaging. Please include the product invoice with the return. If the package is undamaged and unused, fill out and sign the return form at the bottom of the e-archive invoice included with your order, and hand the item(s) directly to a HepsiJet courier.

If you believe your package was damaged during shipment, open and inspect it in front of the delivery person. If the product is damaged, do not accept it, and request a damage report from the courier company. Once accepted, it is assumed that the delivery was completed successfully. Items that have been opened, used, or damaged will not be accepted for return.

  1. Can I Exchange Items if They Don’t Fit?
    If an item doesn’t fit, you can return it to our company and place a new order.
  2. How Can I Cancel My Order?
    Under consumer protection rights, you may cancel your order before it is shipped. Contact eticaret@xint.com.tr to cancel the order if it hasn't been handed over to the courier yet. If it has already been shipped, you have 20 days to use your right to return the product under consumer protection law.
  3. How Do I Return My B2B Order?
