Şti., and the copyright and/or other intellectual property rights related to them are protected by relevant laws, and they cannot be used, acquired or changed by the member without permission. 4.11. Although the member has the authority to send forward information, upon approval of this membership agreement, the e-mail address of the information e-mails and the information SMS will be sent to the member. He/she will be deemed to have accepted the data to be sent to his/her mobile phone.

The validity, interpretation and performance of this Agreement are subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Central Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes that may arise from the implementation of this Agreement.
The e-mail address provided by the Member while becoming a member of the Site is considered the legal notification address for any notifications to be made regarding this Agreement. In certain parts of the Site, different rules and obligations specific to the relevant section may be determined. The Member who uses these sections is deemed to have read and accepted the relevant rules.
The parties agree that if they do not notify the other party of changes in their current e-mail addresses within 3 (three) days, notifications to their old e-mail addresses will be valid and will be deemed to have been made to them. Any notification made using the Member's registered e-mail address will be deemed to be received by the Member 1 (one) day after the e-mail is sent by Xint. The Member declares, accepts and undertakes that he/she has read, understood and accepted all of the articles in this Agreement and confirms the accuracy of the information provided.
The member's registration for membership means that the member has read all the articles in the membership agreement and accepted the articles in the membership agreement. This Agreement has been concluded and entered into force mutually at the time of the member becoming a member.
